PROTOTYPING FOR RFP

In support of global RFP, prototypes add value to the proposal by bringing to life the capability solution so that stakeholders can see the customer value proposition in action.

Here, I prototyped in full motion design the experience of instant Visa debit card issuance with provisioning to Apple Wallet for an existing bank customer. This flow also provides a glimpse of Visa's Transaction Controls capability, a way for cardholders to manage their payment settings. 

NEW ACCOUNT SETUP & APPOINTMENT

In this flow, I prototyped an experience enabling a New-TO-Bank customer to apply on the bank's website and accomplish requirements via electronic KYC (know your customer), uploading her required documents via mobile.

DEBIT CARD ACTIVATION

Finally, in this third flow, we see the activation of the new debit account created by the new customer. The virtual card issuance enables the cardholder to use her new card in digital wallets such as Apple Pay on top of the ability to use her card immediately for online transactions.
